Review: Grand Ion Delemen at Genting Highland

It had been a long time that I did not visiting Genting Highland as I know currently the theme park is closed for the changing to the first FOX Studios in the world. I had been invited to stay at this brand new hotel for 2 days including to attend their official opening ceremony. I always love Genting Highland, every time I in here, felt like I am somewhere in oversea.

 

Actually when I write this post, the name of Best Western Premier Ion Delemen had been change to Grand Ion Delemen Hotel as per changing of the management. But I will review when this properties under the Best Western Management.

 

Here, it is really suitable for family vacation as it as a suite room until 3 bedroom suites. But i had stayed at the Double Room. Look at the photo, the room looks very pretty and very sleek design.

The bed is super comfortable and but room space quite limited. As I am a tea lover, they had provided variety of tea bag to be choose. And my fridge is full with juices and milks which are complimentary for my stay. 

 

 

Hugo in the Sky is the best restaurant with a view. I am sure you can have a romantic dinner or lunch in here. There is KEMBALI  Kitchen restaurant for the breakfast and variety of foods been served. Surprisingly it's not that crowded and you can have your breakfast peacefully.

 

To go to the First World Genting, there is free shuttle service every hour. Just register with the shuttle van counter. But you do not like waiting for the shuttle van, you can always take a GRAB.

 

There is one 24hrs convenience store just next to the hotel, so you do not worry if you need anything in the middle of the night. Inside the room too, there is one mobile phone provided, which names "Your Travel Buddy", many travel information about Genting if you need one at your finger tips.

 

For facilities, I am super loved with their swimming pool. So modern and the water are warm enough to make you comfortable around the cool weather like Genting. 

 

There is a gym for you to pump your muscle. To release your stress, there is a sauna available. SPA services also available but quite limited as the SPA beautician only one person on the time I visited.

 

My conclusion, Grand Ion Delemen Hotel is a great stay, a great place, and amazing properties. I love to spend more times here and getting a fresh air. Hopefully new management will make more improvement from time to time.
