Nowadays, in Taiwan there are so many Muslim friendly hotels, not only in Taipei but everywhere. If you are taking Taiwan Muslim Tour Package for 5days 4nights (All board including return flight with China Airlines), you most probably will stay at this hotel.
What can I say about Muslim friendly hotel? It is include Halal Breakfast (some of it have separate dining area), prayer room, inside your room will have prayer mat and also Qiblat direction also available.
But if you are traveling by your own, for the breakfast, I can't guaranteed the hotel managed to standby halal food for as, as they only cater for a big group. But you always can inquiry with the hotel management before you are arriving Taiwan.

1. U Hotel
Located in the middle of Taipei City, and you can walk to the MRT station. I love the classy look of the interior with the comfortable bed. For welcoming you, the provided you with local fruits and a face mask.
For the breakfast, there will no separate breakfast as the menu is Halal. Make sure you order the Beef Noodle from the ala-carte menu to start your day as the main dish. The side dishes been served through buffet style.

2. Tai-Yi Red Maple Resort
I was really impressed how spacious the room are. The room is a japanese style with sitting dining table. The toilet also really huge and it's including the japanese onsen.
There will be separate dining area for the breakfast which located downstairs of the restaurant. It's only cater for the big group.

3. Atami Hotel
Located at Beitou Hotspring area. The room is consist of onsen, supplied with hotspring water. Because of the hotspring, when you filling up your tub, there will be a lot of sulphur smell. The room space is a little bit restricted. They provide prayer mat and qiblat direction. So during the booking, make sure to inform them.
For the breakfast, there will be separate area of dining. But the food is served together. There will inform you which food area you can eat and which is not, which is non-meat section.

4. Toucheng Farm House
Nothing much about the room, as the special here is the nature and surrounding plus the activities at the farm. The room occupied with 2 Queen Beds with balcony with a lake view. For the breakfast, just make sure you ask the staff which is the halal section. Halal only requested when there is a big group.

I love this hotel based on its location. Located in the middle of Xiamen Street and really convent. Offering spacious room. Toilet and shower are separate. I love the room amenities.
Halal buffet spread is good. Only cater when there is big group of Muslim but you can asked.
