Back by popular demand, Swiss-Garden Hotel & Residences Kuala Lumpur’s famous “Kambing Golek’, Arabian styled dishes with Chicken, Prawns or Lamb provides food lovers a new culinary experience.
Their traditionally infused recommended dishes are “Rendang Tok" “Kerabu Udang" “Siput Sedut Tumis Berlada”, “Masak Lemak Pucuk Paku”, “Asam Laksa”, “Bubur Lambuk" and a selection of traditionally brewed soup which is on a daily rotation basis.
Head over to the show kitchen where their chefs prepare a la minute fresh seafood at the action stall such as “Ikan Bakar", “Satay”, “Cucur Udang" and a selection of wholesome noodles such as “Kuey Teow" Soup and “Asam Laksa” for you to choose from.
For sweet endings, patrons will be spoiled for choice! They will entice you with irresistible local desserts such as “Pengat”, Assorted Jelly, “Pudding”, “Kuih-Muih Nyonya”, “Bush Kurma”, “Cendol Puiut Tapai" and other cold and warm sweet delights.
Beside sumptuous food, diners will also be treated to ‘LlVE' “ghazal” music performances every evening throughout this holy month.
