From Bangkok, I flew to Chiang Mai using Thai Airways. It had been my second time to be here. Hello Chiang Mai again!. This time I had stayed at the high end hotel brand of Dusit D2. Spending 1 night in this amazing hotel, nothing to complain about. It just a perfect short stay in this amazing city. I would like to thank to Thai Airways for making this happened. Here, I would like to share a little bit review about this hotel.
😍 Hotel crews performance
Once we checked-in our room, we been asked to linger around the hotel lobby. To our suprise, at 1200hrs, music started and the hotel crews start to perform a dance to their guest. Amazing. First time I experienced this type of welcome.
😍 Love the lobby
Even their lobby is very simple. But the color choices and the ambient felt very fresh.
😍 Perfect hotel crews
All the hotel crews in Thailand never disappointing me. They are really good in customer service and know how to make the guest feel welcome. Full with smile as Thailand known as Country of smile itself.
😍 Spacious and cozy room
As you can see in my photos below, the room I stayed was really spacious, cozy and very comfortable. It is really suitable to relax and chill after tiring day exploring Chiang Mai.
😍 Welcome gift
When I entered my room, there was a welcome gift from the hotel. Even it was very simple gift, but it really made me felt really welcomed. A touched of swan origami with the welcome message and a Thai bookmark.
😍 Location
Even this hotel located near the market at night, but it still very quiet inside as to enter the hotel, you need to walk a little bit from the main road. It is not exactly located next to the main road. As a bonus, this hotel is really near from the Halal Street, which is really convenient for a Muslim like myself.
😍 Amazing bar tender
Wow, I am really impressed with the bar tender skills juggling the drinks. Really skillful and if I am not mistaken he is one of the winner of the bar tender competition. I was really lucky to get the opportunity to watch his amazing performance. This hotel knows exactly who to hire.
😍 Good breakfast
They served variety of breakfast and good for you to start your day.
😍 Complete facility
Whether you want a spa treatment, or need to pump your muscle, here I saw all their gym facility is really complete. It's actually a fitness club complete with the gym instructor. From outside, the spa looks very promising. To sad as I did not have a choice to try it as I got very limited time and pack schedule.
