What I Hate about this hotel

1. Not really friendly receptionist. Might because I am Malaysian, as I rented motorcycle, I brought a helmet. So its seem I am a stranger and did not have enough money to stay in this hotel.
2. I read about welcome drinks offered. But not me. Who want to offer the guy with his backpack holding a helmet anyway?
3. I am quite surprised with the room toilet bowl. It was black dirty.
4. As I am "GENIUS" member of booking.com, one of my benefits to check-out late. Unfortunately, when I asked about this, the reception quite rude to told me I can't check out late as per benefit. When I asked why, they didn't mention and told me the room was taken. While I wait at the lobby for my airport shuttle bus, I saw quite number of western family check out late. Well, they are white and I am brown, of course they accept the request from the westerner. What a joke.
5. The infinity pool should be close at 7pm. When I went to pool around 6.30pm, it was already closed.
